Without the bias and unsolicited advice- and without having to hear “at least you’re healthy / alive / able to get pregnant”. 🙄

If you’re looking for judgment-free reproductive support, you’re in the right place. Come on in.

Care across the full spectrum:

I’m Bethany.

Reproductive Health Therapist + Full Spectrum Doula

I’m a bookworm, birth nerd, and lover of fancy lattes and public libraries. My passion lies at the intersection of reproductive and mental health- and I believe everyone should have access to compassionate care during life’s most vulnerable (and often most empowering) moments. Whether that’s pregnancy, birth, postpartum, fertility challenges, loss, abortion care, or any other experience that shapes our relationships with our bodies- I’m here.

hi y’all,

A space for the rest of us.

For the ones who don’t fit in with their local “mom” groups. The ones walking into rooms where no one looks or thinks like them. The ones asking why childcare still isn’t universal, why people are still debating breast versus bottle, and why Black women are still more likely to die from preventable causes during birth.

I created Full Spectrum Nola because there weren’t enough inclusive perinatal spaces- ones that honor all identities, reproductive choices, and paths to parenthood. My work centers people who have historically been left out of reproductive health spaces: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, and neurodivergent parents, and bodies of all shapes and sizes.

I believe reproductive care should be…

How I can help:

Trauma-informed, professional perinatal mental health counseling.

Physical, emotional, educational, and advocacy support during birth + postpartum.

Just in case no one’s told you yet:

You deserve support.
